Crawford Promotes Three Members of Account Services Team

We are honored to announce the promotions of three long-serving members of our account services team. Cara Brown has been named a senior account supervisor, Taylor Wilson is now a senior account executive, and Lauren Fisch has been elevated to account executive.

“We are excited for Cara, Taylor, and Lauren to take on these new and well-deserved roles,” said Jane Hall, account director. “These women have been invaluable to both our team and our clients through their strategic thinking, creative marketing solutions, and dedication to successful project completion. We’re pleased to see how they continue to develop their potential and careers here at Crawford.”

As senior account supervisor, Cara manages multiple accounts and is responsible for building strong client relationships as well as developing strategies and solutions to meet client needs. She has been an integral member of the Crawford team for the past four years, playing a critical role on one of the agency’s largest accounts and identifying opportunities for additional client growth. Cara is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

“I appreciate the opportunity to enter into this new role, and the confidence that Crawford has in my abilities to lead and manage clients and teams,” said Cara. “I am excited for this next step in my career, which will allow me to be a creative and analytical thinker on behalf of our clients, while also giving me the chance to collaborate with our talented Crawford team members.”

A graduate of Clemson University, Taylor has also been with Crawford for more than four years and has developed a strong understanding of project management and strategic development as she has risen from account coordinator to account executive, and now senior account executive. In this new expanded role, she will oversee larger client projects and work to create compelling campaigns that clearly communicate the brand’s unique story. Wilson has also played an important role in the agency’s internal culture development and competitive internship program.

Lauren Fisch Portrait
Lauren, also a graduate of Clemson University, will transition to account executive, where she will have additional opportunity to oversee projects for clients in various industries, support new business initiatives for the agency, and manage client communications. She also serves as a mentor in Crawford’s internship program.
