Crawford Strengthens Its Media Team

Crawford is strengthening its marketing capabilities with the promotion of longtime team member Michelle Herring to associate media director and the addition of Natalie Richards as digital strategist. Crawford continues to see exponential growth in requests for strategic media plans  and digital marketing services.

Herring has been with Crawford for more than six years and previously served as senior digital media strategist.  In this expanded role of associate media director, Herring will lead the growing media team in developing and executing results-driven campaigns for clients across a variety of channels.

Over the years, Crawford has afforded me opportunities to expand my marketing expertise across both digital and traditional channels. Richards comes to Crawford with five years of digital marketing experience. Her skill set includes SEO, paid social media and Google Ads. In her previous role, she served as digital marketing coordinator for 9Round where she oversaw the development and execution of campaigns for multiple franchises.
