Five Top Honors From SCPRSA

Crawford Strategy was recently recognized with four Mercury awards and one Silver Wing award at the annual Mercury Awards ceremony held by the South Carolina chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (SCPRSA). At the ceremony, outstanding individual public relations programs and campaigns were recognized with Mercury awards. Silver Wing awards recognized outstanding individual tactics used in public relations.

Crawford Strategy received two Mercury Awards of Excellence. The team’s work for Southern Wesleyan University (SWU) was recognized in the Marketing Consumer Services category and the firm’s campaign for North Myrtle Beach’s “The Coast is Clear” was honored in the Crisis Communication and Issues Management category.

The agency also received two Mercury Awards of Merit. In the category of Events and Observances, Seven Days or Fewer, the team received an award for their efforts on behalf of the Greenville Tech Foundation’s event with internationally renowned businessman Carlos Ghosn. In the Integrated Communications category, the team was recognized for their work on United Community Bank Ice on Main.

Crawford Strategy also received a Silver Wing Award of Merit in the Creative Tactics category for the 2017 United Community Bank Ice on Main Opening Ceremony invitation.
