Interim HealthCare of the Upstate
Insight: Interim HealthCare of the Upstate is one of the largest home healthcare employers in the area. However, they were having a hard time identifying the right talent pool and encouraging them to apply.
Vision: Our recruitment plan started with research to narrow down our audience. We used this insight to script two day-in-the-life videos that we used to support our digital media strategy. Finally, a dedicated landing page designed to maximize conversions sealed the deal, operating as a lead-generating powerhouse.
Outcome: Within a few months, the number of form submissions climbed from 37 to 102 and year-over-year applications increased by over 200%.
