We are excited to announce the promotions of two longtime team members who have been invaluable performers during their tenure with the company. Hannah Stone has been named associate creative director and Jonny Redfield is now art director.
“Hannah and Jonny have both played essential roles in elevating the creative product at Crawford for many years,” said Curt Westlake, creative director. “These two promotions are well-deserved recognition of their contributions and their potential to grow even further. I can’t wait to see how high we go as they embrace their new roles.”
Hannah is one of the longest-serving members of the team, having been with Crawford for over 11 years. In this expanded role of associate creative director, she collaborates with the creative department to develop and implement unique ideas. She will continue to establish and lead conceptual and stylistic direction for client projects. Hannah graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic communication.
“The team has shown tremendous trust in me by creating a new position that reflects my growth and future potential,” said Hannah. “I am thrilled to shape this new role into one that benefits the company, our clients, and my coworkers.”
As art director, Jonny works to bring highly visual graphic designs to the agency’s varied client list. He joined Crawford in 2018 and has played an instrumental role in the creation of innovative design elements and brand strategies for clients. Jonny graduated from the Franciscan University of Steubenville with a bachelor’s degree in multimedia communications.
“Crawford has grown immensely since I started and I am grateful to be part of such a dedicated team,” said Jonny. “I look forward to continuing to help our clients by providing them with discernable, creative designs.”
