Executive Communications Liaison
Kate comes to Crawford from New York, where she worked as executive assistant to the director of the Brooklyn Museum. As executive communications liaison to Crawford CEO, Marion Crawford, she uses her keen creative eye, experienced organizational abilities and strong work ethic to build systems that will help both Marion and Crawford thrive into the future. Kate is magna cum laude graduate of Middlebury College with a degree in art history.

Describe the state of your desk on any given day?
(1) Notebook in front of me that lists out my “frogs of the day” (the tasks that are most important to complete before 12 pm), (2) a snack like quaker oats lightly salted rice cakes (3) lots of post-it notes (4) and my trusty whiteboard also listing my “frogs” of the day, and I relish crossing things off with my dry erase pen. 🙂
What are your hobbies?
(1) Touring historic homes and sites (my fiance and I are big history nerds!) (2) Classical concerts and musical theater performances (3) Hiking (4) Driving through the countryside listening to fun music (5) Very competitive Scrabble player (6) First Presbyterian Church Choir – I’m a singer!

What is the most courageous thing you've ever done?
Moving from Brooklyn, NY to Greenville, SC to be with my (now) husband Rand and his wonderful son Milo!
