New Decade, New Website

By late 2018, United Community Bank’s website was ready for an overhaul: from outdated tech to poorly segmented content, it was time to bring it into a new decade and fill it with clear CTAs and content that would support the bank’s business goals.

RFP through post-launch maintenance, our team dug in and worked on a new creative design and voice, an upgraded content management system, streamlined content and navigation, a robust financial education center, and an overall improved user experience.

Once launched, the site was immediately put to work to support a robust marketing strategy that included traditional and digital paid media, email marketing, and social media. Since launch, traffic to the site has increased 30% year over year.
