Emily Arbour joins Crawford
Crawford has appointed Emily Arbour as director of client strategy, a newly created role that reflects the agency’s commitment to aligning strategic thinking with client partnerships.
In this role, Arbour will lead both the strategy and client relations departments, strengthening collaboration between the two functions to create a more seamless, effective client experience by further aligning business objectives, strategic thinking and execution.
Arbour most recently served as research director at Smarty Pants, a custom market research and strategic consulting firm, where she led consumer insights engagements for global brands, translating qualitative and quantitative research into brand strategy. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at Community Coffee Company in progressively senior roles spanning brand strategy, consumer insights and innovation, including managing the agency of record and guiding integrated campaigns across B2C and B2B channels. She began her career at The Martin Agency, where she built an early foundation in strategic thinking and client partnership as a strategic planner.
Arbour holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and a Master of Mass Communication in Advertising Research from Louisiana State University.
