For the second year in a row, Crawford has earned its Great Place To Work Certification, a recognition based on employee feedback and a signal of the agency’s continued commitment to building a culture where the right people are empowered to do their best work.

According to the 2026 Great Place To Work Trust Index Survey, 97 percent of Crawford employees said the agency is a great place to work, compared to 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

“Of all the recognitions we receive, this one means a great deal because it comes directly from our team,” said Bryant Lambert, president of Crawford. “We would not be able to produce award-winning, outcome-driven work for our clients without the talented people who make Crawford what it is.”

Great Place To Work Certification is based on employee feedback gathered through the Trust Index Survey, which measures key elements of workplace culture, including trust, respect, fairness, camaraderie and leadership.
