Insight: During the winter holiday season, there’s a lot competing for our attention: Shopping. Parties. Family events. How do you convince people to make time for one more thing? You turn it into a can’t-miss tradition.
Vision: Our marketing elevated the Ice on Main brand experience beyond ice skating. For our skaters, coming to downtown Greenville’s outdoor ice-skating rink has evolved into an annual tradition, an iconic part of the season, and a memory-making “must do.”
Outcome: Since 2011, tens of thousands have descended on Greenville to lace them up and carve winter memories in downtown Greenville.
