We recently welcomed Shannon Kohn as senior content marketing strategist. In this role, Shannon will support Crawford’s clients in all aspects of organic social media strategy including concepting big creative ideas, executing tactical plans and developing engaging content that fits into their strategic landscape.
“Shannon has a strong background in several of our current clients’ industries including financial services, consumer products, healthcare, travel and tourism and education. But we are most excited about her creative and thoughtful approach to developing courageous content for all types of platforms. She will be a huge asset to our team as we continue provide unique, out-of-the-box thinking to set our clients apart and help them achieve their goals,” said Andy Windham, president and chief strategy officer.
Shannon brings more than 25 years of experience to the Crawford team. Her background includes positions in copywriting, art direction, and most recently as a senior social media strategist with Infinity Marketing in Greenville. In addition to content strategy and creation, Shannon has developed robust influencer marketing programs and collaborated to develop insightful reporting dashboards.
As senior content marketing strategist at Crawford, she is responsible for ensuring a collaborative environment between all arms of Crawford’s creative department to deliver high-quality work. She works closely with the creative and account teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging, and will use her keen eye for creativity to present fresh ideas, whether it’s through generating original content or leading the charge on new digital initiatives. Shannon will also play an integral role in advancing analytics processes and reporting for Crawford’s organic social clients.

Shannon currently resides in the Lowcountry but is no stranger to the Upstate. She graduated from Anderson University with a degree in graphic design and has worked in the region for her entire career.
